How Does the delivery work??
You shop online the conventional way choose your style, color, size, enter your zip code, if your address is in our delivery coverage area our schedule a delivery page will open and we work with your time and date. Delivery Hours Monday – Friday 10AM to 6 PM, Saturday & Sunday we relax
Don’t be discouraged if you are not in our delivery coverage area, we will ship the shoes to you the conventional way standard shipping is free.
Who Should use our delivery service??
Anyone can essentially use our service. In today’s high paced lifestyle where patrons need shoes but don’t have the time, as time is of the essence and counts for high value. So, for everyone who can’t make it to our store and try on our shoes, can take advantage of our service. All you need is 5 to 20 minutes available during your day at your desired location to make sure you find the most fitting sole mate. Some busy patrons such as Attorneys, Doctors, Nurses, Seniors, Cooks, parents who can’t catch a break, students who are overwhelmed by their curriculum, Hourly pay employees and/or those who value their time can use our delivery service.
What happens At Delivery??
Based on the style purchased and our experience on the style if the shoe runs small, large or true our delivery sole mate specialist will bring to you 2 to 3 pairs to your desired delivery location to try on.
Here is an example, if you choose size 8 at check out, and if the shoe tends to run large our delivery sole mate specialist will bring to you a 7, 7.5 and an 8. If the shoe runs true our delivery sole mate specialist will bring to you a 7.5, 8 and 8.5. if the shoe runs small our delivery sole mate specialist will bring to you an 8, 8.5 and 9. No matter what, our delivery sole mate specialist will bring to you at least 2 pairs to try on eliminating your trip to your favorite store and the post office for a conventional return.
What will it cost me??
Delivery is free for all shoes that are purchased. If by any chance all the shoes bought to you, to try on, by our delivery sole mate specialist are not what you desired the price paid by you for the shoe will be refunded after deducting a $9.99 service fee. This fee is to cover part of the sole mate specialist’s pay and transportation.

What Happens if my address is not covered in the delivery area??
Don’t be discouraged if you are not in our delivery coverage area, we will ship the shoes to you the conventional way standard shipping or you can visit our store.
An Order can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery and your full amount will be refundable unless the shoes have been sent out to delivery then a $9.99 handling service charge applies.
A Delivery fee of $5.99 per order below $39.98 applies. If by any chance all the shoes brought to you for fitting, by our delivery sole mate specialist are not what you desired or it did not fit the price paid by you for the shoe or shoes will be refunded, however the delivery fee is non-refundable. If your order total was above $39.99 and all the shoes are returned at delivery & Fitting, your amount for the shoes purchased will be refunded, however A Delivery fee of $5.99 per order applies. This fee is to cover part of the sole mate specialist’s pay and transportation costs.
Exchange Policy for Delivery?
Upon delivery and fitting if purchaser accepted the shoes then wishes to Exchange for another style or Size can be done at the store level only. Only Unworn Shoes with its original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of Purchase. Items will not be restocked after 30 days, NO Refunds. A store credit can be issued if purchaser does not find any style at the time of return.
Exchange Policy for Shoes Recieved by Shipping?
All shoes purchased via standard shipping and that was not delivered will be applicable for a refund for the item purchased. Purchasers pays for shipping costs on all returns on Unworn Shoes with its original packaging which can be returned within 21 days from Purchase date.
